Free Returns!

What is your returns & exchanges policy?
Merchline has a policy of free returns, which includes a full refund on original shipping cost for the item(s), as well as the cost of the return shipping label (yep, that’s right, both costs are on us). If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order to us for a full refund, free of charge. Our return policy is effective for up to 365 days of original purchase.

We want you to have the best experience when shopping online with us, so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, please follow the easy steps below to place a return or exchange:

Returns (*International customers see instructions below)
• Step #1 - Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return
• Step #2 - We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label
• Step #3 - Package and ship your return, and include a copy of the packing slip if possible. That's it!

Our inventory levels tend to change pretty rapidly. The way to “exchange” an item for another item is to place a new order for the item desired, and return your current item back to us:
• Step #1 - Buy new item
• Step #2 - Follow the steps above to place a return, at no cost to you.

* International Orders
Unfortunately we are unable to provide our international customers with pre-paid return labels through our return portal at this time. As a result, all international customers are responsible for the shipping of their return, BUT when the return is processed, we will fully refund the original cost of shipping for the item(s) for the original order. To initiate the return for your international order, please contact us by viewing our Help Area and submitting a support ticket at : to request a return label (be sure to include all pertinent info: billing name, full order number, and list of items[s] you would like to return), and we will take it from there.

* The "Fine Print"
Returned items must be unworn / unwashed, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition and in any applicable original packaging (not having original poly bags is ok). All music items must be unopened and in original packaging. *Our one exception for music purchases is that all sales including digital content are final. If a physical album contains a digital download include, it is also unable to be returned. Refunds on original shipping costs are honored for all shipment types except Overnight, Next Day Air, FedEx 2-Day or UPS 2-Day shipping. Partial refunds of shipping cost will be honored for those methods.

What if I received incorrect or defective product with my order?
Doh! Obviously, if you received a wrong or defective item with your order, we will be sure to make it right. Please contact us at
