GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET:

All ticket holders who purchase tickets for Terminal 5 through Excision's storefront will be emailed a PDF ticket prior to the show. The PDF ticket will be emailed by the Excision team on or before February 14th, 2018.
Using Your PDF Ticket
Your PDF ticket is your entry into the show. You are required to present your ticket when entering the venue to gain entry into the event. Please present a printout of your emailed PDF ticket when requested at the door.
Transferring Your Tickets
Before 2/14/17: If you want your ticket put under another person's name or sent to a different email address, simply click the name change link in the email sent to you after purchasing. To make a change, enter the new person's first and last name + email address. Once submitted, your PDF ticket(s) will be sent to the new email address on or before 2/14/18.
After 2/14/17: Once we send out the PDF tickets on or before 2/14/18, please treat your PDF ticket like currency as it is your proof of purchase to enter the event. To transfer it to someone else, simply email them the ticket or print it out and hand it to them. Duplicate PDF tickets will not be honored at the door.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. The Excision Team is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
